How service packages work


Service packages are a simple and convenient way to take care of your comfort during your trip already at the booking stage. You choose the level of support — and everything else works for you automatically.

Several service levels are available during booking: basic, extended, or maximum. Each of them includes a set of additional services aimed at supporting and informing the passenger.
After selecting a level, all included services are activated automatically — without any additional actions on your part.

Throughout your journey, you receive up-to-date information and assistance according to the selected level. In case of changes, flight delays, or other unforeseen situations, the services help you quickly navigate and stay calm.

What additional services are included in the package?


24/7 chat support — round-the-clock support in an online chat, where you can quickly get help with any questions regarding booking, travel changes, or additional services. Our specialists are always available to assist you at any time.

Online check-in — most airlines allow you to check in for your flight online without queues at the airport. We will take care of your check-in in advance and send you your boarding pass so you can save time and travel without unnecessary stress.

SMS notifications — we promptly inform you about any changes to your flight: cancellations, rescheduling, or other important updates, so you can react in time and adjust your plans.

SMS ticket — we send you key booking information via a message to your phone. All essential travel details are always at hand — even without internet access.

AirHelp Plus — a service for protecting air passenger rights that helps you receive compensation in case of flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking (up to €600), as well as reimbursement of additional expenses (up to €6000), including lost baggage or other travel-related costs.

Airline bankruptcy protection — provides the possibility of a ticket refund in case of flight cancellation due to the airline’s bankruptcy or financial insolvency included in your booking, in accordance with the service terms.
