How to check the fare rules in "My Account"?

The fare rules are the terms set by the airline based on the ticket type. These rules determine what options and services are included in the ticket price, such as seat selection, baggage allowance, the ability to modify travel details, or request a refund.

We recommend reviewing the airline's fare rules before purchasing a ticket. You can find this information on the search results page. To do so:
  • Click "More about flight" next to the selected flight.
  • Click "See fare rules" in the flight details section.
If you have already purchased a ticket, you can review the fare rules under My Ticket in your personal account. To do so:
  • Find your booking in the "Flight tickets" and click "Read more".
  • Click "More about flight", then select "See fare rules".
