Rules for writing feedback

Anyone can leave feedback on his flight in the "Feedback" section.

Airlines Rating by Mytickets.co.il gives you an opportunityto add comments about airline companies to give airline representatives direct access to the passengers' feedback.The airlines that are interested in improving the quality of their service will read your comments and wishes. In case a controversial situation arises while you are travelling, you may ask us to forward the information to the airline's representatives, who will then conduct an internal investigation and inform you about their conclusion.

How to leave feedback

1. Select an airline in the rating.
2. Click on the tab "Feedback" — "Leave feedback" — and write!
3. NEW! Share photos fron your journey — add pictures with comments!

Rules

• If you want to write about a controversial situation that arose during the flight and requires an internal investigation conducted by the airline and followed by the response of its representatives, please indicate your booking number.
• You can add several pictures to your feedback. Supported image formats: jpg / png / jpeg / gif; file size up to 3Mb.
  
• We will post your comment on our website after it passes the spam control, which can take from several minutes up to 24 hours. If you post a comment on the weekend, it will appear on the website the next workday.
• Your comment must relate to the selected airline. We won't publish messages on other topics.
• When adding a comment on our website, you automatically agree with the rules of Mytickets.co.il Offer and Acceptance Agreement.
• If your feedback complies with the rules, it will definitely be posted on the website. If it is considered spam, advertising, or any other information that is illegal on our website, the moderator has the right not to publish your comment.
• We do not accept claims about unpublished feedback.
• You can read the published comments about airlines on pages "Information about airlines" – "Feedback".

Personal data safety

You must specify your first and last name as well as your email address in the feedback form.
We ask you to leave your contact details only so that our representatives or airlines' representatives can communicate with you if necessary.
We guarantee that your data will not fall into spam lists. Your email address will not be displayed on our website.
