Flexible Ticket

If you are not sure about your plans or want to safeguard yourself in case of possible unforeseen circumstances, we recommend choosing the “Flexible Ticket” service during booking.

This way, if necessary, you will be able to change the date or time of departure without paying a service fee, you will only need to pay the difference in ticket fares and the airline’s commission, if applicable. If the fares remain unchanged, we will change the date of your flight without any additional payment from your side.

We want your trip to take place. Therefore, we will reschedule your flight to any time within 365 days from the departure date – in one direction, in the return direction, or immediately for all segments of the journey.

Important: the request to change the date must be submitted no later than 24 hours before departure.

How to use the service?

  1. During ticket booking, select the “Flexible Ticket” service. The service will apply to all passengers indicated in the order.
  2. If you need to change the date or time of the flight, go to the personal account “My Ticket”.
  3. Find the required order, select the flight you want to change, specify the new departure date or time and submit the request.
  4. After receiving the calculation, confirm the changes or pay the difference in ticket fares and the airline’s commission, if applicable.
If your ticket cannot be changed according to the fare rules, we will book a new ticket for you subject to seat availability. In this case, an additional payment may be required due to the difference between the refundable amount for the original ticket and the cost of the new ticket.

Features of the Flexible Ticket

  • The service can only be selected during the booking of airline tickets.
  • Only the date or time of the flight can be changed. It is not possible to change: the airline, departure and arrival airports, passenger details, and travel classes.
  • The service can only be used once. If you need to change the date again, submit a new request in the personal account “My Ticket”. We will check whether the changes are allowed according to the fare rules of your ticket and calculate the cost including the service fee.
  • The change of time between flights must not lead to a stopover – a stop of more than 24 hours between flights in any place except the departure and destination points.
  • The request to change the date can only be submitted through the personal account “My Ticket”.
  • In case of voluntary ticket refund, the cost of the service is not refunded.
  • In case of involuntary ticket refund, the cost of the service is refunded depending on whether the ticket has not been used or a part of it has been used. If no part of the ticket has been used – the full cost of the service is refunded at the price at which it was purchased; if any part of the ticket has been used – the amount refunded will be the difference between the full cost and the part of the service cost that has been used (the cost of travel in one direction).
