How to use a promo code?
Enter the 10-digit promo code in the designated field when booking the service to which the promo code applies. If the promo code is entered correctly, a green checkmark will appear in the adjacent field, and the order amount will be reduced by the promo code value*.
Important! The promo code may be used only to pay for the ticket — payment for additional services, insurance, and other services using the promo code is not possible. This applies to the purchase of tickets of all categories — air, rail, and bus.
* If, for technical reasons (website malfunctions, data transmission channel failures, etc.), the promo code was not applied during payment of the order, the funds will not be refunded. The Company reserves the right not to provide a new promo code.
If the promo code value exceeds the cost of the service, the maximum possible amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance of the promo code will become unavailable for repeated use.
In the event of a refund or cancellation of a ticket/service paid using a promo code, or in the case of unsuccessful use of the promo code, the funds will not be refunded.
