Voluntary change of date/route
Changes in a booked and paid ticket are possible only for the flights of the same airline.
The changes will be made after payment confirmation. The notification of changes will be sent to the customer's email.
How to apply for change of date/route?
- Log into “My Account” – “Flight Tickets” – “Booking #” – “Edit order” – “Change Date/ Route.”
- Choose the new date, destination or city of departure.
- In the “Comment” field, you can enter the new flight and time.
- Press “Send Request.”
- When you receive the calculation, pay the cost of changes.
