FAQ

To add visa information to a paid booking, please:

1. Log into "My account" – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – "Edit order" – "Add visa details".
2. Enter visa details of each passenger in the corresponding fields. If you want to add some additional information to your request, write it in the "Comment" field.
   
3. Click on "Send request".

You will be informed of the completed processing via email.
