90% refund of the ticket price

We offer a 90% refund service on the ticket price if your plans change and you have to cancel your trip. Regardless of the reason for flight cancellation and the refund policies of the airline, we ensure that you’ll get almost all your money back.

How to order a service?

You can only order the service when booking your flight ticket. Please bear in mind that you won’t be able to do this later
If you select the “90% refund of the ticket price” service, it will apply to all passengers in the order.

How to use the service?

To apply for a refund, submit your request at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  •     Log in to your account “My account”.
  •     Select the “Flights” section and your reservation.
  •     Click “Edit order” and “Return ticket”.
  •     Fill in the required fields.
Please note that additional services are non-refundable.
